At Tops and Bottoms Clothing & Sneakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn clothing or sneakers in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
